Plaintiff-Appellant Relman Colfax PLLC (“Relman”) appeals three decisions by the district court: the grant of Defendant-Appellee Fair Housing Council’s (the “FHC”) motion for summary judgment against Relman, the denial in part of Relman’s motion for summary judgment against Defendant-Appellee Mei Ling, and the denial in part of Relman’s motion for a default judgment against Ms. Ling.
