Facts

Liberally construed, Plaintiff’s Complaint asserts that his rights were violated by Defendants Martin, Harding, and Mazzotti, LLP (“Defendant MHM”) and Cassandra Anne Kazukenus, Esq. Issue

Court Judgment

The Court DISMISS has granted the Plaintiff permission to electronically file documents via CM/ECF, based on his compliance with Court requirements. The court has also ordered the plaintiff to submit a request for an ECF login and password. The Court may revoke these privileges if the plaintiff’s use of the system is not satisfactory. The Court has also ordered the plaintiff’s amended application to proceed in forma pauperis and motion for an ECF login and password. The Court recommends the Court dismiss with leave to replace Plaintiff’s complaint against Defendant MHM and Kazukenus, as they fail to state a claim for relief under Title VII. The Court also orders the Clerk of the Court to file a copy of the Order Report Recommendation with the Plaintiff.
