Facts

On May 2, 2002, Defendants Dimex M.T., LLC, Magdalena De Los Rios, Juan Estelle, and Maria Lucero (“Defendants”) removed Plaintiff Giromex’s (“Plaintiff”) case to federal court. [Doc. No. 1.] Plaintiff’s Complaint alleged eleven causes of action, including breach of contract and negligence. ( See Pl.’s Compl. at 1.)

On September 11, 2002, this Court issued an Order staying Plaintiff’s action as to Defendant Dimex, pending resolution of Dimex’s bankruptcy proceedings. [Doc. No. 21.] On  January 15, 2003, this Court also issued an Order staying the instant action as to the remaining Defendants Magdalena De Los Rios, Juan Estelle, and Maria Lucero, pending resolution of their bankruptcy proceedings. [Doc. No. 31.] In both Orders, the Court instructed Defendants to file any orders resolving bankruptcy proceedings within seven calendar days from the date stamped “Filed” on the bankruptcy court order. [Doc. No. 21, 31.]

The Court DISMISSES this case in its entirety for want of prosecution.
