Dante Foster is charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922 (g)(1) and possession with intent to distribute cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). Pending are Foster’s motions to suppress custodial statements, tangible and derivative evidence from his arrest, and tangible evidence seized “as a result of” a search of 14 Laurel Path Court, Nottingham, Maryland (“14 Laurel Path”). ECF Nos. 13, 14, 24. An evidentiary hearing was held on Monday, November 26, 2012. For the following reasons, Foster’s motions to suppress were denied.
